Corporate/M&A Associate Attorney

Job Summary

Working with a leading Corporate/M&A partner, the full-time Corporate/M&A Associate Attorney will manage a variety of transactions, including joint ventures, while leveraging 2-4 years of general corporate law experience in a dynamic and commercially minded environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing corporate transactions, including joint ventures and middle market deals
• Provide legal advice and support to clients in various industries, focusing on deal-making and transaction structures
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to ensure effective communication and strategic planning throughout the transaction process

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Corporate and M&A law, preferably at an AM Law 100 firm
• Experience with a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures
• Strong understanding of corporate law and related fields such as investment management and finance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
