Job Summary
To support a growing energy company, the contract Corporate Paralegal will manage transactions and governance, implement new workflows, and utilize technology and AI to enhance legal operations while working remotely for 40 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies in legal processes and help design and build better workflows
- Leverage tech and AI tools to streamline document management and diligence tracking
- Support large, complex transactions from diligence through closing
Required qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience, with in-house experience strongly preferred
- Background in transactions, M&A support, or deal process management
- Genuine enthusiasm for legal tech and AI, ideally with experience in adopting or building relevant tools
- Strong process mindset with an understanding of how workflows fit together
- Self-starter who takes ownership and finds solutions independently
