Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple functions, the fully remote Corporate Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations roles while utilizing Boolean searches and AI tools to enhance candidate identification and engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Own multiple recruitment searches from briefing through to placement across various business functions
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Business and other platforms
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Teamtailor, providing visibility on pipeline health and candidate progress

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in full-cycle Recruitment or Talent Acquisition across multiple functions
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn sourcing
• Experience with an ATS, preferably Teamtailor
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining quality
• Comfortable using AI tools for candidate sourcing and engagement
