Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

To support staffing strategies and recruitment needs, the full-time Corporate Recruiter will manage requisitions from start to finish, implement sourcing strategies, and engage with both active and passive candidates in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to determine staffing strategies and ensure job descriptions are current
• Monitor requisition progress from approval to closure and develop effective recruitment programs
• Source candidates through various methods, including networking and online platforms, while influencing decision-making through a consultative approach

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to create and drive candidate generation strategies, including passive recruitment and pipeline development
• Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Customer Relationship Management tools; experience with Workday and Phenom is highly preferred
• Experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology recruiting is highly preferred
