Corporate Recruiter

Job Summary

Collaborating with stakeholders, the full-time remote Corporate Recruiter will drive full-cycle recruitment for corporate and clinical positions, focusing on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including developing candidate profiles, conducting interviews, and initiating offers
• Identify and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers and provide ongoing updates throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of sourcing and recruiting experience in pharma, biotech, and/or clinician recruitment
• Expertise in candidate sourcing platforms, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
• Proven success in high-volume, quick turnaround recruiting
• Strong project management and analytical thinking skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
