Job Summary

Passionate about recruiting, the remote Corporate Recruiter will source, screen, and interview candidates while managing the recruiting process for various internal roles in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and conduct interviews for candidates while managing the recruiting process and strategy for a variety of internal roles
• Create, revise, and manage internal job postings while processing all applications for them
• Support general internal hiring activities, including offer letters, background checks, and benefit administration

Required Qualifications

• 3-8 years of recruiting or staffing experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Tech-savvy with a collaborative mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
