Job Summary
To support a growing portfolio of federal clients, the full-time Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, partnering with Hiring Managers to find and onboard quality talent while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate activity and analyze pipeline health
Required qualifications
- BA/BS degree with 5 years of experience in recruiting
- Experience in federal contracting recruiting is highly desired
- Working knowledge of the recruiting life cycle and experience in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews
