Job Summary
Consultative and creative, the remote Corporate Recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy, and partner with company leaders to enhance the candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies across various business organizations
- Create strategic plans for sourcing diverse candidates for multiple roles
- Track and analyze hiring metrics, reporting progress to business leadership regularly
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Experience filling roles in Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and/or Sales
- Proven ability to identify and qualify diverse candidates using various sourcing methods
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative in assigned tasks
