Job Summary

To support a growing team focused on reversing chronic metabolic disease, the remote Corporate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for 15-20 non-technical roles across corporate, marketing, finance, and operations while leveraging AI-driven sourcing and structured screening processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of non-technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and ensure compliance with equitable hiring practices, including responsible AI use

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functional areas with strong sourcing and outreach skills
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruiting and a working knowledge of responsible AI use in hiring
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing demands effectively
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruiting tools, with a preference for candidates familiar with healthcare tech or SaaS industries
