Job Summary
Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the full-time Corporate Recruiter II will exceed recruiting metrics, analyze market trends, and lead partnerships to enhance talent acquisition efforts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Exceed all recruiting activities and metrics, including sourcing and screening candidates
- Analyze market trends and recommend marketing efforts to enhance the organization's brand as an employer of choice
- Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders and community organizations to create successful partnerships
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition as a Recruiting Coordinator or Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel
- Ability to manage competing demands and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
