Corporate Recruiter (Virginia License)
Job Summary
Seeking a reliable and self-directed Corporate Recruiter (Virginia License) on a remote 1099 basis, the role will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for federal staffing needs, sourcing candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and manage the recruiting lifecycle for contact center roles
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Develop job descriptions and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet competitive hiring goals
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS preferred
- 5+ years of recruiting experience required, with a focus on federal contracting highly desired
- Working knowledge of the recruiting lifecycle and experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews
