Corporate Soft Skills Trainer

Job Summary

To support the development of professional soft skills, the part-time Corporate Soft Skills Trainer will conduct virtual training sessions focused on effective communication, team dynamics, and leadership development while maintaining a minimum of 10 hours of availability each week.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize provided lesson plans to conduct engaging virtual training sessions
• Build rapport with learners and facilitate discussions to enhance their soft skills
• Provide feedback to the Bundle Team post-session and troubleshoot any technical issues

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of training experience with adult learners
• A college degree with certifications in professional or leadership development
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing adults professionally and personally
• Experience managing or supervising employees is highly preferred
• Must be a U.S. resident with a U.S. social security number and eligible to work in the U.S
