Job Summary
To support professional development initiatives, the full-time Corporate Soft Skills Trainer will conduct virtual training sessions focused on enhancing soft skills and leadership capabilities while maintaining at least 10 hours of availability each week.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize provided lesson plans and resources to conduct engaging virtual training sessions
- Build rapport with learners, ensuring an interactive and enriching experience throughout each session
- Provide feedback to the Bundle Team after sessions and troubleshoot any technical issues as needed
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of training experience with adult learners
- A college degree with certifications or significant training in professional and personal development or leadership
- Experience managing or supervising employees is highly preferred
- Leadership experience in an organization or leadership training experience is highly preferred
- Must be a resident of the United States with a US social security number
