Corporate Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance employee capabilities and operational consistency, the full-time remote Corporate Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs while collaborating with various business functions to ensure effective learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the identification of training needs and develop tailored onboarding and training programs for new and existing employees
• Create and maintain engaging training content across key company systems and processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility
• Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continuously improving content and delivery methods

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or related business functions
• Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate engaging adult-learning programs
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and training evaluation methods
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual training platforms
