Corporate Trainer

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Corporate Trainer, the remote position will deliver engaging training sessions to call center agents and other departments, design interactive training materials, and assess training outcomes while collaborating with the Learning, Knowledge, and Innovation team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions for new and existing call center agents and other departments
• Design visually engaging training materials that adhere to modern adult learning principles
• Assess training outcomes using surveys, feedback, and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Three or more years of experience as a corporate/executive trainer or facilitator
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques
• Demonstrable curriculum development and instructional design skills
• Passion for training in a virtual classroom environment
