Corporate Transformation Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Corporate Transformation Manager, this role will focus on accelerating value creation from existing initiatives through strategic problem-solving, identifying roadblocks, and defining incremental initiatives, with the flexibility of remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Identify gaps between existing transformation initiatives and budget/long-range plan targets, diagnosing major roadblocks and designing plans to address them
• Partner with initiative managers to establish cross-initiative enablers and validate opportunities to exceed annual targets
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing the status of transformation initiatives and providing actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm and 8+ years of relevant career progression
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills with excellent quantitative abilities
• Proven experience in complex programmatic change leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong executive communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field from a leading university
