Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Corporate Travel Agent will manage domestic travel requests using SABRE GDS, ensuring cost-effective bookings while working remotely within designated territories during day hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Fulfill domestic travel requests for airlines, hotels, and car rentals while maximizing commissions
- Communicate travel-related information effectively to clients and maintain professional relationships
- Stay informed on airline regulations and achieve service level goals related to quality and productivity
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of active Travel Consultant experience within the last 6 years
- 1+ year of international travel experience preferred
- Experience in Corporate Travel and proficiency in SABRE GDS required
