Corporate Travel Consultant
Job Summary
Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Corporate Travel Consultant will manage inbound corporate travel requests, focusing on quoting and booking domestic and international air, car, and hotel reservations while providing exceptional customer service using the Amadeus GDS platform.
Key responsibilities
- Service inbound corporate travel requests in a virtual call center environment
- Provide consultative service to travelers and travel arrangers throughout the booking process
- Secure the lowest air, car, and hotel rates available at the time of booking
Required qualifications
- 5 years' travel selling experience and 5+ years' customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
- Mastery in Amadeus GDS, including formats, shortcuts, and pricing
- Experience in international travel bookings and processes
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
