Job Summary
Experienced Corporate Travel Consultants will provide exceptional travel consultation and booking services for corporate and government clients in a full-time remote position, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies while utilizing Sabre GDS for domestic and international reservations.
Key responsibilities
- Service inbound corporate and government travel requests while delivering extraordinary customer service
- Accurately complete reservations and secure the lowest available rates, adhering to corporate travel policies
- Maintain productivity and quality standards, measured through transactions per day and customer service performance
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of travel selling experience, with a focus on corporate travel
- Expertise in international travel bookings and processes
- Mastery of Sabre GDS, including formats and pricing
- Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Exceptional proactive customer service approach and strong multitasking skills
