Job Summary
Experienced Corporate Travel Consultants will provide exceptional travel consultation, manage bookings for domestic and international travel, and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies in a full-time remote position.
Key responsibilities
- Service inbound corporate and government travel requests while delivering extraordinary customer service
- Complete accurate reservations for air, car, and hotel, ensuring adherence to corporate travel policies
- Utilize Sabre GDS for low fare searches and maintain productivity and quality metrics
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of travel selling experience and customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
- Expertise in international travel bookings and processes
- Mastery of Sabre GDS and a typing speed of at least 50 WPM
- Strong multitasking abilities and exceptional communication skills in English
- Corporate travel experience is required
