Job Summary
Providing medium to complex support for an assigned group of clients, the part-time Corporate Trust Relationship Manager will manage trustee relationships, resolve administrative issues, and ensure compliance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Interact with clients to provide day-to-day support for institutional/corporate trust accounts
- Resolve complex administrative issues and prepare accounts for compliance review
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for junior staff while participating in cross-training initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of related financial and/or customer relationship management experience
- Demonstrated strong client relationship management skills
- General knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
