Job Summary
Leading a team of Corporate Trust Associate Relationship Managers, the full-time remote Corporate Trust Team Manager will provide guidance, resolve complex client issues, and support institutional trust accounts while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of associates, including hiring, coaching, and development
- Oversee day-to-day operations for institutional/corporate trust accounts, including billing, cash transactions, and compliance reviews
- Resolve complex client issues independently and recommend new business opportunities to senior leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years of relevant experience in corporate trust or related fields
- Demonstrated strong client relationship management and networking skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
- Master's Degree or CCTS Certified Corporate Trust Specialist is preferred
