Cost Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Cost Analyst II will manage pricing efforts and organizational change initiatives while collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and successful implementation of cost strategies for government proposals.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews Government Request for Proposals (RFP) and Invitations for Bid (IFB) to ensure compliance with cost requirements
- Analyzes cost data related to labor, materials, and expenditures, providing recommendations for pricing proposals
- Participates in strategy meetings and prepares pricing presentations for senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in change management or a related role
- Strong understanding of change management principles and pricing models
- Experience with compliance reviews, BOE development, and contract negotiations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and pricing software
