Cost Containment Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting members in accessing the lowest cost medications, the fully remote Cost Containment Coordinator will manage the administrative processes for cost containment programs, communicate with members and healthcare providers, and maintain accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with members to identify lowest cost medications suitable for them
• Conduct outreach to gather required information for medication cost reduction
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor program queues to ensure timely task completion

Required Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, insurance, or equivalent experience
• Experience in a pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or insurance benefits setting preferred
• Pharmacy Technician experience is helpful
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of plan benefits
