Cost Manager - Data Center Construction

Job Summary

Supporting construction cost services for clients, the full-time remote Cost Manager - Data Center Construction will manage estimating services, cost reporting, and cost control processes while advising clients on vendor strategies and managing bid evaluations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on vendor strategies, manage prequalification, and assess proposals and bids
• Develop and present project estimates, value engineering recommendations, and risk assessments to clients
• Establish cost reporting schedules, review forecasts, and manage the invoicing process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry
• RICS accreditation or progress towards it is valuable
• Experience supporting cost management on medium or large-sized construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters, including procurement routes and value management
