Cost Manager - Data Center Construction

Job Summary

Supporting construction cost services for clients, the full-time Cost Manager - Data Center Construction will manage estimating, cost reporting, and cost control processes while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on vendor prequalification, assess proposals, and manage the appointment process
• Develop and review project estimates, present value engineering recommendations, and manage cost reporting and forecasts
• Oversee payment application assessments, change order recommendations, and conduct post-contract reviews with clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a cost management role within the construction industry
• RICS accreditation or progress towards it is valuable
• Experience with medium or large-sized construction projects is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction industry technical matters, including procurement routes and value engineering
