Job Summary

To support legal and compliance efforts, the full-time Counsel Offboarding and Litigation will manage offboarding processes and handle litigation matters in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee offboarding procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards
• Manage litigation processes, including document preparation and case strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and mitigate risks

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in offboarding and litigation processes
• Strong understanding of legal compliance and risk management
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
