Country Lead for Colombia

Job Summary

Owning the entire country operations, the full-time Country Lead for Colombia will recruit contributors, sign up businesses for video recording, and manage a field team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and activate contributors to record videos at home and onboard businesses for on-shift recording
• Hire and manage a field team of ambassadors and recruiters, setting targets and tracking performance
• Maintain quality control and provide weekly reporting on active contributors and business sites to headquarters

Required qualifications

• Experience building ground operations from the ground up, including city launches and field teams
• Background in supply-side operations at gig or marketplace platforms, with a focus on recruiting and activating participants
• Established network in the service and manufacturing sectors, with the ability to engage and close businesses
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese and English, with proficiency in using dashboards and CRM tools
