Coupa Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Coupa Project Manager will coordinate market and functional activation activities, maintain program plans, and drive accountability across workstreams to ensure successful project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activation activities across Coupa and related teams, ensuring alignment on milestones and stakeholder engagement
• Maintain the consolidated program plan, tracking key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams
• Facilitate program meetings and updates, consolidating workstream progress into concise dashboards and status reports for leadership

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in a transformation or operational context
• Strong understanding of Coupa or similar procurement systems
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively
• Experience in risk management and issue resolution within project settings
• Familiarity with program planning tools and status reporting methodologies
