Course Creator, Red Team
Job Summary
To support the TCM Security brand, the project-based contract Course Creator, Red Team will work remotely to update the Practical Ethical Hacker course, develop training content and labs, and create certification exams while engaging with the community through various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Review and propose updates to the existing Practical Ethical Hacker training curriculum
- Create training content and labs based on the agreed curriculum design
- Draft and develop updated certification exams for PJPT and PNPT
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in red team operations, penetration testing, or adversary simulation
- 1+ year of teaching/training experience (modality-agnostic) preferred
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week
- Comfort with remote work and collaboration, including attending weekly meetings during US business hours
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced red team techniques and educational content creation
