Job Summary

To support a growing legal-tech company, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings remotely, securing attorney coverage under tight deadlines while negotiating fees and maintaining communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by managing open court hearings through phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees in real time, handling counteroffers and protecting profit margins
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline of hearings, prioritizing tasks and managing last-minute changes

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Calm and decisive under deadline pressure, making quick judgment calls
• Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
