Job Summary

To close the coverage gap for court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open cases, negotiate attorney coverage in real-time, and keep law firms updated on hearing statuses while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Secure attorney coverage for court hearings by proactively reaching out via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Onboard and support attorneys, ensuring clear communication and maintaining accurate records

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales or account management
• Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure and make quick, sound decisions
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
