Job Summary

To close the coverage gap for court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open cases, negotiate attorney fees in real time, and ensure timely communication with law firms, all while working remotely from Wisconsin.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage for court hearings by actively reaching out to attorneys via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees and handle counteroffers while maintaining profit margins
• Triage and prioritize competing hearings, adapting quickly to changes and urgent requests

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales, account management, or dispatch
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and make decisive decisions under deadline pressure
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
