Job Summary

To close the coverage gap for court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open cases, negotiating attorney coverage through phone, text, and email while working remotely in Mississippi.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage for court hearings by actively reaching out to attorneys and confirming commitments
• Negotiate fees and handle counteroffers in real time to protect business margins
• Triage and prioritize competing hearings while managing last-minute changes and cancellations

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a role involving high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales or account management
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
