To ensure timely courtroom representation, the full-time remote Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, negotiate attorney fees, and maintain communication with law firms while working under tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage for open court hearings through phone, text, and email communications
• Negotiate attorney fees in real-time while protecting business margins
• Triage and prioritize competing hearings, managing last-minute changes effectively

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation roles
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and make decisive judgments under deadline pressure
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
