Job Summary

To close the coverage gap in legal hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, negotiate attorney fees in real time, and ensure timely communication with law firms, all while working remotely from Louisiana.

Key responsibilities

• Secure attorney coverage for open court hearings through proactive outreach via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees and manage real-time counteroffers to maintain healthy profit margins
• Prioritize and triage a fast-moving pipeline of hearings while keeping clients informed of status updates

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a role involving high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Proficiency with technology and quick adaptability to new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
