Job Summary

To close the coverage gap for court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open cases, utilizing phone, text, and email to secure attorney coverage on tight deadlines while negotiating fees and keeping clients informed, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage for open court hearings by engaging attorneys via various communication methods
• Negotiate fees in real time while maintaining profit margins and managing counteroffers
• Prioritize and triage competing hearings, addressing last-minute changes and urgent coverage needs

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a role involving high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
• Calm and decisive decision-making skills in deadline-driven environments
