Job Summary

To close coverage gaps for court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open hearings, negotiate attorney fees in real-time, and triage urgent coverage needs while working remotely from North Dakota.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage for court hearings by actively communicating with attorneys via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees and manage pricing strategies to ensure coverage while protecting profit margins
• Triage and prioritize competing hearings, addressing last-minute changes and urgent needs effectively

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales or account management
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
