Court Coverage Specialist

Job Summary

To support a dynamic coverage team, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, utilizing phone, text, and email to secure attorney coverage under tight deadlines, while negotiating fees and maintaining client communication in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Secure attorney coverage for open court hearings by proactively reaching out to attorneys
• Negotiate fees and manage real-time counteroffers while protecting profit margins
• Prioritize and triage competing hearings, making quick judgment calls and keeping clients informed

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a role involving high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation, such as inside sales or account management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
