Job Summary

To close the coverage gap in court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open hearings, negotiate attorney fees in real time, and triage urgent coverage needs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Secure attorney coverage on a deadline by actively reaching out via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees and manage counteroffers while maintaining profit margins
• Onboard new attorneys and keep law firms updated on hearing statuses

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales or account management
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
