Job Summary

To close the coverage gap for court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open cases, utilizing phone, text, and email to secure attorney coverage while negotiating fees and keeping clients informed, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Secure timely attorney coverage for court hearings through proactive outreach
• Negotiate fees and manage real-time counteroffers while protecting profit margins
• Triage and prioritize competing hearings, adapting quickly to changes and urgent needs

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales or account management
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
