Job Summary
To support a dynamic legal-tech environment, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of court hearings, securing attorney coverage through proactive communication and negotiation while working remotely from Indiana.
Key responsibilities
- Secure coverage for open court hearings by engaging attorneys via phone, text, and email
- Negotiate fees in real time, managing counteroffers and maintaining profit margins
- Prioritize and triage competing hearings, adapting to last-minute changes and urgent coverage needs
Required qualifications
- 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales or account management
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent
