Job Summary

To close the coverage gap for court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open cases, utilizing phone, text, and email to secure attorney coverage under tight deadlines while negotiating fees and maintaining client communication in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by actively reaching out to attorneys for open court hearings
• Negotiate fees in real time, managing counteroffers while protecting profit margins
• Triage and prioritize competing hearings, making quick judgment calls to ensure coverage

Required qualifications

• 1+ year in a high-volume phone outreach or negotiation role, such as inside sales or account management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without letting anything slip
• Calm and decisive under pressure, capable of making quick decisions
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
