Job Summary

To close the coverage gap for court hearings, the full-time Court Coverage Specialist will manage a portfolio of open cases, negotiate attorney fees in real time, and ensure timely communication with law firms, all while working remotely from Alabama.

Key responsibilities

• Secure attorney coverage for open court hearings through proactive outreach via phone, text, and email
• Negotiate fees and manage pricing strategies while maintaining profit margins
• Triage competing hearings and handle last-minute changes with a solutions-oriented approach

Required qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation roles
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open items simultaneously
• Ability to remain calm and decisive under deadline pressure
• Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability for new platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
