Coverage Analysis Quality Specialist

Job Summary

To support clinical research operations, the full-time remote Coverage Analysis Quality Specialist will manage quality reviews of Coverage Analyses and sponsor budgets, ensure billing compliance, and collaborate with various stakeholders to mitigate financial risks throughout the study lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct quality reviews of Coverage Analyses and sponsor budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support study activation and address financial and billing compliance issues
• Track and analyze quality review findings and develop recommendations for process improvement and training

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Research, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Health Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in clinical research administration, Coverage Analysis, or related research operations
• Strong understanding of clinical research billing compliance and financial review processes
• Proficiency with clinical research technology platforms and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate complex research documents and identify discrepancies
