CPA Accountant
Job Summary
To support Airbnb's global growth, the remote Total Compensation Accountant will manage payroll-related balance sheet and P&L account reconciliations, ensuring accurate financial reporting while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform month and quarter end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support Payroll Operations, Equity Administration, and Benefits teams with accounting expertise
- Ensure SOX compliance and accurate GAAP reporting while fulfilling internal and external reporting requirements
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in public accounting
- Experience with ERP systems, such as Workday and/or Oracle
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
