CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

As the full-time Accounting Manager, Global Entities & Intercompany, this role will manage Paxos' intercompany framework, oversee statutory audits, and coordinate tax compliance while working remotely in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the intercompany framework, including agreements, transfer pricing calculations, and invoicing
• Act as the single point of contact for statutory audits and regulatory examinations, managing requests and coordinating responses
• Coordinate tax compliance support, ensuring intercompany and entity data aligns with filings

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in public and in-house accounting, preferably in a multinational organization
• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing
• Experience coordinating statutory audits and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar multi-entity ERP systems
