CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end technical AR accounting process, the full-time Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable will lead the monthly close cycle, manage AFDA and CECL accounting models, and drive AI and automation adoption across AR workflows while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Global AR Month-End Close, preparing reconciliations and management reporting
• Own the AFDA and CECL accounting models, ensuring compliance and preparing monthly provision recommendations
• Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to enhance AR accounting workflows

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of AR and GL accounting experience in a mid-to-large organization
• CPA certification and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ability to document and defend accounting conclusions
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) with data validation skills
• Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with AI tools in a finance context
