CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time remote CPA Accounting Manager will manage the month-end close process, maintain the general ledger, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while collaborating cross-functionally.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned components of the monthly financial close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and support the preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with the implementation of internal controls and accounting procedures

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience with a strong grasp of accrual accounting
• Hands-on experience managing a month-end close process
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and US GAAP
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data volumes
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
