CPA Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Managing the month-end close processes, the full-time remote Accounting Manager will oversee financial reporting, serve as the primary contact for external auditors, and handle Joint Venture accounting in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage components of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy in journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare internal management reporting packages and external financial statements, including footnote disclosures
• Serve as the liaison for external auditors, coordinating audit support schedules and managing inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Active CPA license is a plus
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably with a mix of public accounting and corporate accounting/reporting
• Deep understanding of US GAAP reporting and basic knowledge of IFRS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of NetSuite is preferred
